Premium Outlets Montreal, located in Mirabel, offers approximately 366,000 square feet of leasable space and houses more than 80 brand-name boutiques. The major project announced in October 2013 opened its doors on October 30, 2014. The project was jointly developed by Simon Property Group, SmartCentres and Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust and built by a major Canadian builder.

Completing this project in such a short time required a great deal of site planning and a massive capacity of manpower. We eagerly responded. The alliance between the builder and Cordero made it possible to, not only complete the initial phase of the project by providing a veritable army of carpenters and labourers, but also to enable the numerous stores to open their doors on time!

From formwork to parapets, from exterior fittings to finishing interior units, our allies were everywhere on site, making sure that everything ran smoothly.
