The project, which was carried out in two phases was delivered in 2023 and 2024 respectively, and had been entrusted to a great local builder who has been making his mark on the landscape for 30 years. Throughout the project, Cordero’s allies – laborers and carpenters – ensured that the project ran smoothly and supported the various teams involved.

Present right from the start of a project …
The Maestria is the result of the daily work of several hundred workers. Site preparation is therefore of the utmost importance. From the layout of parking lots, sanitary blocks and temporary cafeterias to the installation of scaffolding and ladders, Cordero’s teams were everywhere on site to welcome cohorts of workers.

… Summer and winter …
Two towers totalling over 119 storeys represents a lot of concrete pours! Our teams of carpenters and labourers prepare and protect the formwork, pave the underground parking garage, and are involved in the retention basins. Many concrete pours are scheduled in winter, which means our teams are busy covering and protecting this critical step.

… Right through to final delivery
The work carried out by Cordero’s allies extends to final touch-ups and adjustments, to ensure that the project is delivered to the highest expectations. The attention to detail, precision and availability of our allies made all the difference for this builder.
