Premium Outlets Montreal, located in Mirabel, offers approximately 366,000 square feet of leasable space and houses more than 80 brand-name boutiques. The major project announced in October 2013 opened its doors on October 30, 2014. The project was jointly developed by Simon Property Group, SmartCentres and Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust and built by a major Canadian builder.

Carrying out such a project in such a short period of time required extensive site planning and exceptional execution capabilities. We rose to the challenge. The partnership between the builder and CORDERO not only made it possible to complete the initial phase of the project by mobilizing a veritable army of carpenters and laborers but also enabled many stores to open their doors on time!

From formwork to parapets, from exterior fittings to finishing interior units, our allies were everywhere on site, making sure that everything ran smoothly.
